In order to achieve the yellow coloring and retain the sweet flavor, grow your popcorn microgreens in the dark! Keep the seeded tray indoors with no light, use a cover that is lightweight but impermeable to light. Using a spray bottle, water your shoots lightly and keep the medium moist.
