Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference until the process is complete.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
